These bearings are not be able to accept any axial loading, however they will allow some axial movement. The inner and outer rings are separable which may aid in the assembly/disassembly of components The ‘NN’ Type bearings have three shoulders on the inner ring that retains the rollers and cage. The outer ring has no shoulders. They have a tapered bore and machined brass cage. Radial clearance of tapered-bore bearings can be adjusted during the mounting process.
