With a pull of the trigger, the tool applies an 18 lb. cable tie around a wire or tube bundle and is instantly ready to apply the next. Cable ties are available on 50-piece bandoliers and 5,000-piece reels. The AT2000 CPK uses two discreet drive motors. One motor delivers the tie, the other controls tension. Tension consistency is monitored in the software – especially useful when verification is required. Configurable blade enables the AT2000 CPK to cut cable ties flush or with a tail, depending on application requirements. An onboard TFT display shows production data, fault diagnostics and device control in 19 languages.
